TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read and make sure you understand ALL of the following information before purchasing your vacation package:

AIRFARE
Fantastic Voyages offer air-inclusive and resort-only packages. We do not offer airline tickets only. Air arrangements may be made through Fantastic Voyages or directly with the airlines. If you are using Frequent Flyer miles, please contact the airline directly.

MAKING YOUR RESERVATION:
Once you have received a price quote, please phone or e-mail the office with the correct legal names of your travelers. We will make your booking and confirm the price.

The initial deposit must be received within 24 hours of booking. If you book within 75 days or less before departure, full payment must be made at the time of booking. Be sure to make your payment on time as we cannot hold reservations beyond the payment deadlines

PAYMENTS:
Payments may be made by Credit Card - MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express
You will be required to complete and fax a Payment Authorization form for both your initial deposit and the final payment within 24 hours of making your reservation.
Fantastic Voyages' reserves the right to cancel without notice any reservation lacking deposit or full payment.

DOCUMENTS:
Documents including tickets and vouchers are shipped 2-3 weeks prior to travel, and after receipt of payment in full. We mail all documents by Priority Mail. If you wish Overnight delivery, it is an additional $15.00.

Always check your documents for accuracy immediately upon receipt.

CHANGE POLICIES & FEES:
Should you wish to change any details of your booking, we will do our best. Please understand that your right to a full or partial refund is limited. Once payment is on file, there will be a minimum $50 fee assessed for ALL changes made 70 or more days prior to travel. This is in addition to any fees assessed by the travel suppliers. Penalties of 50-100% of your package price may be assessed for any cancellations or changes made within 70 days or less prior to travel. Payment is due at the time of any change requested. These penalties and fees will vary, depending on the policies of the resorts, airlines and tour operators used by Fantastic Voyages. In most cases, airline tickets are non-refundable.

Once travel has begun, there is no refund for unused or partially used services. Neither Fantastic Voyages nor its tour companies are responsible for any changes made by the resort or air carriers, which are beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to routing changes, aircraft changes, flight cancellations, changes to flight schedules, or resort amenities and offers. In no event shall Fantastic Voyages be held liable for consequential damages. Although overbooking is rare, it is the responsibility of the airlines and resort properties, not Fantastic Voyages or its associated tour companies. We reserve the right to substitute flight and resort accommodations and to make alterations in the itinerary which do not constitute a major change, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond the control of Fantastic Voyages or its associated tour companies.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 76+ days prior to travel: $150 per person
  • 75-60 days prior to travel: 50% of the total package price
  • 59-0 days prior to travel: No refund

    Once final payment has been made, the entire package is nonrefundable. However, if you purchase travel insurance, you can cancel for covered medical reasons. Please refer to Travelex Travel Insurance documents for details.

    TRAVEL INSURANCE:
    Travel insurance is optional, but highly recommended.

    Travel health and accident, baggage and trip cancellation insurance is available. Unexpected circumstances can occur at anytime, anywhere and anyone. A sudden emergency just before or even during your vacation may force you to cancel or interrupt your trip. Should this occur, the last thing you need to worry about is the money you could lose.

    Travel insurance may be purchased online at http://www.travelex-insurance.com or by calling toll-free to 800-228-9792. You must use location number 43-6086 when purchasing.


    ENTRY REQUIREMENTS / PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP
    The following are the only ACCEPTABLE forms of Proof of Citizenship. No other forms will be accepted and NO REFUNDS can be given to travelers who are denied entry.

  • A valid passport (not expired) -OR-
  • Certified Naturalization Certificate and a Government issued photo I.D. (both are required)

    Married or Divorced Women traveling in any name other than what is on their documentation must supply a Marriage license or Divorce Decree (A photo copy is acceptable.)
