Lonely Planet Jamaica (Jamaica, 3rd Ed) - Discover the best best places to snorkel & Scuba dive, the best nightclubs & restaurants, and learn the history of Jamaica. This book offers details on the cities and towns, and not just the major resort areas. In my opinion, you can plan your whole vacation by just reading this book! Jamaica Travel Map - This is a great map if you plan to drive around the island. It offers detailed information on the major cities and highways, plus color photos. Don't leave home without it! The Naked Truth About Hedonism II (2nd Edition, Updated for 2004) - This book, written by Chris Santelli, gives an insider view about Hedonism II. While it is entertaining, don't take it all to heart. I have stayed at Hedonism II six times myself, and haven't seen or experienced half the things that she has! How Stella Got Her Groove Back - This is somewhat of an old movie (1998) which stars Angela Bassett and Whoopi Goldberg. It's a great movie to view if you want to see what the luxury resorts of Jamaica are like, as it's filmed on the island. I don't find it very true-to-life, otherwise, but it is entertaining.
