Requirements
Identification papers:
- Notarized copies of your passports.
- Notarized written parental consent if under 21.
- Notarized proof of divorce, or notarized copy of death certificate for widow/widower (if applicable).
- Certified copy of Adoption, Deed Poll or other official name change document papers if applicable.
Residency:

You are required to be on property at least Two Full Business Days in advance
in order to finalize wedding arrangements.
Document Submission:

All documentation, including a certified check or international money order in the
amount of $200 payable to the applicable resort, must be received no later than 30 days
prior to your arrival at the resort.
For weddings booked within 21 days, the certified check or international money order in the amount of $300, including the late processing fee, and must be sent by overnight mail to Island Romance Holidays, Attn Wedding Dept., 7775 N.W. 48th Street, Suite 150, Miami, FL 33166.

Included:
- Your choice of scenic locations, providing the perfect setting for the perfect day

- Non-denominational ceremony

- Bridal bouquet and boutonniere
- His and hers half-hour massages
- Matching commemorative T-shirts
Optional:
- Photographs -- $300.00 US for 36 pictures with negatives and album; $225.00 US for 24 pictures with negatives and album
- Video Tape -- $175.00 US edited and dubbed
- Certified copies of Marriage Certificate -- $40.00 US. These will be mailed to you
Guests, Passes and Wedding Times:
There is a day pass charge of $75.00 US per person for wedding guests staying off property.
- Day Passes: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Evening Passes: 5:00 pm - 2:00 am
Vow Renewals:
Say "I DO" again to your loved one in a special Vow Renewal ceremony. You will receive everything offered in the Wedding Ceremony, except his/her 1/2 hour massages and t-shirts.
Note: A non-refundable fee of $150.00 is required for Vow Renewal ceremonies.
Honeymoons:
As a special congratulatory gift, Couples offers a complimentary bottle of champagne delivered to your room upon arrival, as well as a half hour his/hers massage. Please make certain to notify us that you are on your honeymoon!
