To receive a price quote from Fantastic Voyages, please read the following information:

Research where you want to vacation, decide on the resort, select your room categories, and decide on trip insurance (strongly recommended)

Complete one of the following quote request forms, or check pricing and book online through our partnership with Funjet Vacations. Please keep requests to a maximum of 2 quotes

Packages are for a minimum of 4 nights.

Prices and availability cannot be guaranteed without a deposit or full payment

Contact us by replying to the email quote or by telephone to place a hold on your reservation.

Fax the Credit Card Authorization Form within 24 hours of making your reservation.

We will email confirmation of your reservation showing what has been reserved, balance due and balance due date within 3 business days.

Final payment is due in our office no later than 75 days prior to your arrival date. (Arrival Date is the date you are scheduled to arrive at the resort)

A deposit is due at time of making a resort reservation. The amount varies depending on which tour operator we use. Plan on $250-350 per person. Airline tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Documents (your resort vouchers and air tickets, if applicable) are sent to you 14-21 days prior to departure via Priority Mail.

Travel Insurance is available and covers cancellation penalties that will be accessed if a trip is cancelled up to 24 business hours prior to departure due to medical reasons. It covers both parties traveling, along with immediate family members. This policy is not refundable and is highly recommended
