Jon "Blind Dog" Cooley -- has been a fixture in the Fort Worth, Texas music
scene for over 15 years now. His rowdy brand of blues and rock and roll have
provided the soundtrack to many memorable nights in the bars and honky tonks
of North Texas.
Blind Dog Cooley has opened shows for greats like Bo Diddley, Sonny
Landreth, and Neal McCoy. He was one of the host artists in 2001 at the very first
Jamaica Rock 'n' Blues Jams and this year will mark the fifth time he has
participated in the event. Jon just absolutely loves the opportunity to take
live rock and blues music to the Caribbean. He is also thrilled to have the
opportunity to share the experience with other musicians that come along and
join the jam.

| Lynne Condon - is the
goddess / founder of the Jamaica Rock 'n' Blues Jam. She came up with this idea after visiting
blues clubs around the Dallas / Fort Worth area. Already a great fan of the Hedonism resorts, she
decided that incorporating music along with a Jamaica vacation was the best way to enjoy both! She
got in contact with Joseph Smith, then the General Manager at Hedo 2, told him her idea, and got him
to agree to let us entertain the guests at the resort. The rest is history! |
